Captain, Blain Kern and the members of the Krewe of Alla wish to extend their congratulations to the Gretna Bingo Palace on its 10 year anniversary.

One of the oldest krewes on the Westbank, Alla has been here for more than 50 years. With a membership of 450 people ranging in age from teens to senior citizens, Alla is the largest Mardi Gras organization on the Westbank.

Alla's route begins at Our Lady of Holy Cross College in Algiers and ends at Oakwood Shopping Center. There are usually about 32 floats in the parade and numerous marching teams and bands. The bands consist of local schools as well as bands from as far away as Florida and California.

Krewe of Alla's bingo game is held every Monday at 3PM. Everyone is invited to join us.
