Gretna
Community Transportation
Service proudly salutes
the numerous
achievements and
contributions to the
community made by the
Gretna Bingo Palace. In
addition to providing
inexpensive recreation
and enjoyment for its
patrons, the Gretna
Bingo Palace has made
possible the continued
existence of many
charitable
organizations, from
those who work and
contributions help the
needy, to those which
make possible the
continued existence of
Mardi Gras parades on
the Westbank.
Over 25 years ago, the
late Everette Gautreaux
founded and incorporated
Gretna Community
Transportation Service
to assist the needy,
particularly elderly
citizens, with their
transportation
endeavors, assistance to
the poor, and church
related charitable
causes.
Like so many other
charitable
organizations, Gretna
Community Transportation
Service depends upon the
Gretna Bingo Palace to
continue to exist. Often
itself a contributor to
many worthy causes, the
Gretna Bingo Palace has
established itself as a
Gretna landmark and a
business and community
leader.
Gretna Community
Transportation Service
holds its bingo games on
Wednesday and Thursday
at 3PM and Saturday at
1AM. Thank you to all
the staff at Gretna
Bingo Palace for your
help. It is truly
appreciated.
